Best Poop Bag Dispenser on the market

I have two Cavaliers who, well, you know...poop, alot! I tried plastic bag dispensers, rubber bag dispensers (made out of old mountian bike tubes) - you name it, I have tried it. All of them left me frustrated because the bags were so difficult to load and a tangle to unload for use. These bags are EASY to load, never tangle the bags, and they are CUTE!
